I guide women, and a few men, who are survivors of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse as they heal their past trauma, and claim their full power to live life on their terms.
We might have a lot in common.

I am a survivor of childhood sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence.
I have personally experienced the pain and grief of losing a child.
I was married to an alcoholic.
I lived for years without passion and purpose.
These experiences affected me in many areas of my life as a child and as an adult. I grew up with a lack of self-esteem and confidence, always feeling less than, and extremely co-dependent. My journey has taken me through acceptance, awareness, compassion, confidence, empathy, empowerment, forgiveness, self esteem, self-fulfillment, self-love, and understanding.
I know how important it is to process trauma, grief, and loss. My life experiences allow me to be compassionate and understanding with you as you move through your own process.
